Ministry Leadership
The Ministry Leadership Department offers BA programs both on campus (traditional) and online (Lifeflex). We also have two minors.
Our program prepares students for dynamic ministry and transformative leadership in multiple contexts. Our professors have rich real-world experience and are passionate about coming alongside the next generation of leaders as they discern their call and prepare to serve effectively. At Eastern University, the celebration of ethnic and theological diversity is a pillar of our educational philosophy. It is also a reflection of our belief that ministry is done best when we know how to respectfully engage with people who see the world differently.
